Just a journal about things I’d like to write about

Ok there, it’s New Year. Leaving the year 2008 and entering the year 2009. Could anyone tell me what so special about New Year? I used to be happy when a New Year came up, but lately, maybe since I was in high school, I never think a New Year event as a special event. Well, you know, new year happens every year, so what so special about it that makes everybody make some great celebration about it? Up to this time, this year, I still haven’t found the answer yet. The same thing just goes the same to birthday celebrations. But still, I have never, what you call it, made fun of the people who celebrate it. People tend to make resolutions or some targets for the year that is coming and hope they can fulfill them when the following year has came. Me personally always make and have targets every time in my live and I don’t need a New Year to make one. Continue reading…

First of all, Merry Christmas for all of you who celebrate it. Back to the topic, a new Google doodle for the “Happy Holidays 2008!” theme is there. After something is put inside the machine, something came out from it. I ‘m not sure about what kind of toy they are, but so far I know that they are nutcrackers. The toymaker and the boy look really happy about their success they had. By looking at these doodles’ page, I think this is the last doodle of this story; no number six, ended on Christmas. Well, the story has already ended now with a total of 6 parts doodle story.

So, from the beginning, the toymaker was preparing the parts needed to build a toymaker machine. He built the machine, had the machine tried, the machine ran, and the machine produce the toy, the nutcracker, successfully.

One last thing, I think I won’t blog intensely from now on until the 2nd week of January 2009 because I’m having final tests in that period. So if you expect some updates on gundam stuffs and the others, I’m really sorry about it, I can’t fulfill your need right now. I’ll start blogging after my final tests had passed.

Continuing the posts about the “Happy Holidays 2008!” themed Google doodle, after the toy maker completed his job on the machine, he is testing it by putting something in to the machine. And now, the machine is running, indicated by the smoke produced by the machine. Still don’t know what will happen next to the machine and the things he put in inside the machine. I don’t know why, but the boy next to the toy maker looks so happy about the machine. I predict that something amusing to the boy will come out from the machine.

December 24th, 2008

Ok now, after the toy maker finished the stuff he made on the last doodle, a machine maybe, the boy and him seems putting something into the machine. There’s something glowing in the machine, red glow, might be some kind of indicator. They seem really enthusiast about what will happen next after they put in the things inside the machine the toy maker made. I don’t know what will happen next after it. Maybe we just have to wait for the next doodle to find out what kind of story those doodles are telling us.

Here is one of the mobile suits in the gundam line of my favorite character in Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Lockon Stratos. The 1/100 scaled No-Grade GN-006 Cherudim Gundam model’s release has already been confirmed. Well, I can only found the image of this model in standard standing pose. I was hoping finding the image of the GN Shield Bits in action, flying around this gundam to cover this gundam. But even though so, the box art of this model has already teased me so much. This model is scheduled to be released on January 2009 and will cost JPY 2730. I think this model will be included in my gunpla wish list even I was hoping the master grade version of this gundam. Well, now we have the picture of the 1/144 scaled HG GNR-101A GN Archer in its mobile suit form. It can transform into a mobile suit on its own, unlike the 0 Raiser, only become an attachment for 00 Gundam; well, I don’t know if 0 Raiser has its own specialty. So, according to the picture, Arios Gundam and GN archer can combine while both in the “bird” form, but what about while in the mobile suit form? On my previous entry, 00 Gundam combines with GN Archer, so I think Arios Gundam and GN Archer will be able to combine in mobile suit form. Now the question is, where will the white girly mobile suit from the GN Archer go when they combine in mobile suit form? Continue reading…

Well, I admit that I was wrong on my previous post. I said that there will be one more google doodle for the “Happy Holidays 2008!” theme. The fact is, there is a new doodle on the doodle page and the list item was added become three items. I don’t know, maybe the doodle will keep changing until this holiday ends. Now, I don’t see the man in the doodle as a gift maker, maybe a toy maker. And this time, the toy maker is making some kind of mechanism of the things he made on the last doodle and a boy looking at it. What do you thing the doodle means?

Astray Gundam, one of my favorite mobile suit in gundam series after the Strike Gundam family, is announced to be made its perfect grade model. What an amusing news. I got this info trough Z’s blog. I don’t know which frame will be chosen to be made, the red one, blue, green, or gold, but I think most likely it will be the red one chosen. According to wcloudxkumo’s blog, this model will be released on March 2009. Making a prediction on the price of this model, it should be around JPY 15000 just like Strike Gundam and Gundam Mk-II perfect grade model; Zeta Gundam is an exception because I think more plastic is needed to make this gundam’s backpack. Right now, I have the super deformed series and the 1/100 scaled no-grade series of this gundam. Then, should I buy this model to complete my collection on this gundam? Continue reading…

Got this info from amiami.com. I don’t know what actually these are. They look like a tiny chubby dolls of the all 4 gundam meisters, Setsuna F. Seiei, Lockon Stratos, Allelujah Haptism, and Tieria Erde, and Mr. Bushido. I’ve tried to translate the page using Google Translator and I’ve learned that these dolls are tiny voice dolls. I don’t know what it means because this is the first time, but I assume that these dolls will produces sounds, with the voices from the anime, if something is done to them such as pressing the head maybe. These dolls will be released on January 2009. I think I’ll just pass this item by because it’s just too expensive for me, JPY 7,000. Continue reading…

On my recent post, I’ve shown the pictures of the 1/144 scaled HG Arios Gundam, seven of them, but none of any of them are the close up view of the gundam. And now, I found some on taste.style.coocan.jp and I become a little disappointed about this model kit. I love the gundam and I was expecting this gundam will be cool enough to purchase. Well, the problem is on its face; the antennas are not as sharp as they should be I think. Well, it should be modified to make it match its box art perfectly, to make the antenna sharper, but is seems difficult for its scale is 1/144…
