Are you a YouTube user? I mean a user that visits YouTube not only to watch videos but a user that often upload his videos. Well if you are, maybe you have ever had a dream about making your personal tube, contains only your videos, uses your own web domain and so on. If Your Web-Tracker Count Your Own Visit

If you own your own website, then most likely you have put a web tracker to calculate your visitors, where do they come from and so on. There is so much free web tracking service you can use to track your website like Google Analytics, Site Meter, and so on. The greatest problem on those web-tracking services, in my opinion, is they count your visit to your own website like counting the other visitors. That makes the data of your visitors contaminated with your own visit, moreover if you often reload your website while you are still developing it. Indonesian Government Blocked YouTube?

Maybe this news is a little late, but this is weird. Indonesian government had blocked the YouTube website yesterday. I don’t know will it be just temporarily or permanently blocked. According to my knowledge, the Indonesian government doing this because of the broadcasting of the film “Fitna”, an anti-Islam film created by people from the Netherlands that telling story about the relation between the Holy Quran and terrorism. TimesURL: Cut URLs Directly From Browser

Maybe you have problem in remembering website addresses because it’s too long and complicated to remember. Well, I really do have problem in this thing. Why don’t you use this online service, the TimesURL. It will make a URL like “www.timesurl.at/something” and redirect it to your important long, boring, and complicated URL. This service is just like TinyURL, Snipurl, Tinylink, menuju, and urlTea. But look at the logo, none of the service mentioned has such good logo; I like it very much. Continue reading…

bbPress 0.9, The Match for WordPress 2.5

Some days after the release of the WordPress 2.5, this day they announce the release of the new version of bbPress, version 0.9 “Brubeck”. They claimed that this version is the match for the newest version of WordPress if you’d like to combine them both. I myself haven’t tried this version of bbPress, I’m a bit busy right now, but I’m looking forward to it. I really wanted to know what improvement they’ve made on the bbPress since they release the latest version I’ve tried before, the version 0.8.3.1…
