Lokesh Dhakar’s Lightbox 2 and its jQuery Plugin Clones

I have used Lokesh Dhakar’s Lightbox 2 script for the pictures on this journal. I would say that this scrips is awesome. But there’s one problem, its size. All the script, stylesheet, and the images have the size of 224 KB. Well, I would say that this is quite annoying knowing that people should download that size of data to open the images on my journal. Free 1-Year Antivirus License on October 22

So far I know, there are 3 antivirus giveaways on this day, October 22. They are Kaspersky Internet Security, Panda Internet Security, and IObit Security 360 Pro. It was said that because the launching of the Windows 7, they offer this giveaways; maybe to promote their product that could run on Windows 7 system. Karmic Koala Preorder is Open

I don’t know why but today it just happened that I tried to request a copy of the latest Ubuntu which is I do it because I have a slow internet connection; slow internet connection is really killing me. I’m still looking for a way to get Ubuntu in an easier and faster way, but for now, I’ll just make a request of the CD. The release date is still 10 days away but the preorder is already opened. I myself have already requested the CD they said that it will take six to ten week for the shipping process. Well, I think I’ll just have to wait that long before I can have my decision to migrate to Windows 7 or not.

“Hopes And Fears” Deluxe on 09-11-09

It’s a 2 disc bundle of the “Hopes and Fears” album scheduled to be released on November 9, 2009. The track listing is similar to the released edition plus the live versions of the song and this is why this deluxe bundle is listed in my wish list; I really love live music. Costs $22 for the “Only CDs” bundle, $57 with extra t-shirt, and $196 for the complete CDs, t-shirt, and a poster of CP70 signed by the band. Only 150 copies made for the ultimate bundle. I think I’ll just buy the “Only CD” bundle for I don’t have much money. Continue reading…

If you are a fan of Get Smart, you must have known the website ControlVersusKaos where you can assign yourself to be either an agent of Control or an agent of Kaos. This website is more than 1 year old already. The thing is, once you register yourself on the website, you can’t change your agency.
